Who can see your information
Access to patient information within the Platform is limited by role. Doctors can see the appointments, schedules, and notes relevant to their own patients. Administrative and management staff can access information needed to operate the hospital, such as bookings, department records, and feedback submissions. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies and session data
The Platform uses a session cookie and security token to keep you signed in and to protect your account while you use patient, doctor, or admin features. These are required for the Platform to function and are not used for advertising or third-party tracking.
Data retention
We retain account, appointment, and feedback records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform, resolve disputes, and meet our record-keeping obligations as a healthcare provider.
