These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ebenezer Medical Centre website and its patient, doctor, and staff portals (together, the "Platform"), operated by Ebenezer Medical Centre ("Ebenezer", "we", "us"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
Using the Platform
The Platform lets visitors browse hospital information, departments, doctors, health packages, and news, and lets registered users book appointments, submit feedback, and manage their care through role-based dashboards for patients, doctors, and hospital staff. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a request, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Appointments and bookings
Booking an appointment through the Platform is a request for a consultation slot and does not itself constitute medical advice or a guarantee of treatment. Appointment availability, timing, and confirmation are subject to change by hospital staff. In a medical emergency, contact our emergency line directly or go to the nearest emergency department rather than relying on the Platform.
Feedback and survey submissions
Feedback, complaints, and patient satisfaction survey responses submitted through the Platform are used by hospital administration to review and improve the quality of care and services. Please do not submit information you do not have the right to share, and avoid including sensitive details beyond what is necessary to describe your experience.
Acceptable use
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
- Access or attempt to access accounts, records, or areas of the Platform you are not authorized to use.
- Upload or submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes on someone else's rights.
- Interfere with the normal operation or security of the Platform, including its servers or network.
- Use the Platform to impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with Ebenezer.
Content and accounts
Content published on the Platform, such as news articles, gallery photos, and hospital information, is managed by authorized Ebenezer staff and may be updated, corrected, or removed at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to an account that violates these Terms or is used in a way that risks the security or integrity of the Platform.
No warranty
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep information accurate and the Platform available, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all published information (such as doctor availability) is current at every moment.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as the Platform evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
